KLYVOX Ltd ("Klyvox", "we") is a UK-based cloud consultancy and the data controller for personal data collected through klyvox.com. Contact us at[email protected].

Contact form. When you send us a message we collect your name, email address, your message, the time it was sent and your browser's user-agent string. We use this only to reply to your enquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interests (responding to people who contact us) or steps prior to entering a contract.

Cookieless website statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see basic, aggregated information such as referring website, country, browser and device type. It does not use cookies or local storage and does not track you across sites. Legal basis: legitimate interests (understanding and improving our website).

Google Analytics (only with your consent). If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 records how you use the site: pages viewed, time spent, approximate location (country/city derived from your IP address, which Google Analytics 4 does not store), device and browser, and how you arrived (for example search engine, link or campaign). Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Google signals (only with your consent). We may enable Google signals in Google Analytics. If you are signed in to a Google account and have allowed ads personalisation in your Google settings, Google can associate your visit with that account to give us aggregated, anonymous reports on visitor demographics (age range, gender, interests) and on use across devices. We never receive information that identifies you. You can control this in yourGoogle My Ad Center settings.

Advertising. We do not currently run advertising, remarketing or ad measurement on this site. If we introduce it in future (for example Google Ads), we will update this policy and ask for your separate consent before any advertising cookies are set or data is used for ads personalisation.

Server logs. Our hosting providers (Amazon Web Services and Cloudflare) process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the website.

We only set non-essential cookies if you agree.

We do not sell your data. We use these service providers (processors) to run the site:

• Amazon Web Services (hosting, contact form storage and email notifications, EU/UK regions)
• Cloudflare (DNS, security and cookieless analytics)
• Google (Google Analytics and Google signals, only if you consent)

Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, they rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and then deleted. Google Analytics data, including Google signals data, is retained for 14 months. Cloudflare Web Analytics data is aggregated.

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email[email protected]. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local data protection authority.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
